Really frustrated with how they handle shipping. I bought a thurible stand on July 15 and heard nothing for two weeks. When I called on July 29, the person was really hard to understand due to a strong accent and lots of call quality issues, which made me think the call might have been routed overseas. They appeared to be using a third party called Trinity Road. The rep said it would ship soon and I'd get an email notification. A week went by with no email, so I reached out on August 2. They replied on August 5 claiming it had already been delivered via Fed Ex, and told me to contact Fed Ex if there was an issue. Fed Ex said someone signed for it, but by then I was past their 7-day window and the sender would need to file a claim. I contacted Catholic Company again, and they basically said the notification wouldn't have helped anyway. They explained notifications don't go out on warehouse shipments, but how was I supposed to know that? Eventually the package turned up, but the entire process was frustrating and unnecessarily complicated, especially for such a pricey item.

Had a terrible experience with their support team. Bought a gold miraculous medal for $125, but it arrived incredibly tiny and nearly impossible to see. When I reached out with concerns, they mentioned a 30-day return window. Since it was a Christmas present for someone special, I wasn't able to get it back within that timeframe. I tried to work with them starting in January about the situation, explaining it was a gift and I'd need more time, but they never mentioned I'd lose my return eligibility. I spent considerable effort on their website detailing my circumstances, but nothing changed. Their customer service is basically nonexistent. They market themselves as a Christian business, but honestly they're just focused on making money. They talk the talk but don't walk the walk. It seems like they'd rather keep customer money than make an exception, even when there are legitimate reasons. This cost me $125 that I won't get back, and I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered a Statue of Our Lady but never received it even though I paid the full $127. They gave some vague explanation about a shipping issue and said it was returned to the warehouse. It doesn't seem right that I got charged for shipping when the item was never delivered to me in the first place. I only got $77 back and the rest disappeared. Really disappointed, especially from a religious company. It feels like they're taking advantage of customers online. They should verify addresses are valid before charging full price. Since this wasn't my mistake, I should have gotten a complete refund, particularly during difficult times like we're living in. It feels wrong to use faith as an excuse to treat people this way.

My order got mixed up and I ended up with wrong items, but they completely made it right. They sent the correct order and told me to keep the original stuff anyway. This company is legit. I was frustrated initially, but their customer service team went above and beyond to fix everything. I'm definitely a loyal customer now. You can count on this place.
