You can return most items for an exchange or refund within 60 days of your purchase. To get a refund, the items must be in their original condition, which means they should be unworn and unwashed.
There are two easy ways to return an item. You can either bring it to any Chico's U.S. boutique (except outlets) or send it back by mail.
If you choose to mail it back, you can use their prepaid shipping label, but a $7.00 handling fee will be taken out of your refund.
Refunds will be sent back to your original form of payment. It's a good idea to always keep your original receipt in case you need to make a return.
