I used to love Chico’s until recently when their prices went up by $20 a piece extra, and their customer services is now overseas where you can hardly communicate. Chico’s web site is always broken, I lost my status as founder, and I ordered a gift certificate around the Holidays with promotion that you get $20 for yourself, which never happened. I called customer service who promised that it will happen within 10 days but it never happened. Chico’s need to read the reviews and respond to customers needs otherwise they will loose a lot on the long run.

One of the worst experiences in returning a item and still no refund after a month of Purchase ! They send me the wrong item!! Ordered a dress. They sent me a sweater !!I had to return it , then they tell me dress is out of stock !! Still awaiting for my refund from 12/8/25 order !! I keep calling and they say oh I will expedite the refund blah , blah, blah !! I have shopped at Chico’s for years !! Will never purchase another item & will share my horrific experience !! Get your acts together !!

This store in my opinion is fabulous. I ordered on line and had to do a return and rather than mail I opted to return in store. It was the store in Sioux Falls, SD. The sales associates were over the top helpful. They not only made my returns easy with the refund done immediately but assisted me in finding perfect items, sizing, everything necessary to complete my outfits. I highly recommend this store and my online shopping went without a hitch. My online items were delivered earlier than anticipated. Their clothing line is top quality, beautiful fabrics and love the trendy styling. This will be my first stop for clothes shopping.

Received a broken necklace. We i called India I couldn't understand the man on the phone. I am responsible to find a ups store drive there defective necklace to it. If I wanted them to send me a replacement they wanted to charge me again. I buy online for the convenience not extra work and charges.

Absolutely gutted. Just received my delivery and I have used Chicos for years for their mixed kebabs, perfect salad, freshly grilled meat, the most amazing chilli sauce. Only on this delivery, the most disgusting chilli sauce I have ever tasted. When I called to complain he said it hadnt changed and that he’s added more peri-peri sauce in to sweet chilli. This is not chilli sauce and certainly not the homemade chilli sauce that Chicks is famous for. I will not be using them again.

I visited the Chicos store in Macon, Georgia on 1/7/26. Store # 0514 Associate Jackie greeted me when I walked in about 3:30. I explained I had a dress on hold from that morning and she went to retrieve it for me. I then explained I had brought 3 tops with me that I wanted to match tank tops with them. She pointed me in one direction and said she would be back to help me when she finished with another customer. She returned to my side shortly and we got to work finding tank tops. I also mentioned I wanted a pair of Juliet leggings with a side zipper. Over the next hour, I tried on several tank tops, the dress and the pants. The dress was the whole reason I had driven from Milledgeville to try it on before purchasing. It fit well accept the top was not perfect. Jackie assured me she could order on line in the next size up. She also ordered another color for me to have shipped to my house. I purchased 5 tanks, 1 pair of leggings and 2 dresses. She matched the online price of one of the dresses and graciously applied my coupons to my order total. Thank you Jackie for being kind, professional and a joy to work with.MD

Very disappointed in the winter offerings this year. I did get lucky in the fall and actually found a pair of pants that fit, were of good quality and in a color I could use. This winter the colors were lacking, and any style I actually liked was sold out in my size. So glad I had a chance to buy some awesome things over the last several years because this is definitely not the company it was.

Beware. Item was delayed. After several customer service calls they admitted they don’t have the item in stock. Many excuses and misstatements by customer service reps. Looking for my refund. Wow this company has gone down the drain. Won’t shop there again.
