I used to really be into this brand and own several of their bralettes. But things went downhill for me. Purchased 2 maternity bralettes that fell apart after just a few weeks and customer service wouldn't help because they said there's no warranty anymore. Then I grabbed a swimsuit and it offered basically zero support. The bralettes are solid but the swimwear is honestly terrible. Mine was from a sale so I'm stuck with it and can't return it. They lost my business.

Then I find out returning it costs me over 13 pounds to ship to Italy. Now it's June and still no refund, plus nobody's bothered to follow up even though I've reached out multiple times. Two major issues here. Bought two bras in the same size and cup, cost me about 95 euros each, but one fit way bigger than the other. Spent about 300 euros on items from them, delivery was on time and the quality was nice. But three pairs of underwear ran way too big. I'm usually a medium but these looked like a large, so I wanted to return them. They made me log in, request return authorization, print my invoice, write down the return number, and then I have to pay for shipping back myself which from my location would be anywhere from 20 to 30 pounds to send it to Italy. When I asked about it, they said no they won't give me a return label because they don't cover return costs. So basically returning a 20 euro item costs you another 20 euros. Super convenient. Customer service doesn't match the price point at all. And then they stopped answering emails. Really disappointed and feel like I was treated badly as a customer.

Wish I'd read reviews first before ordering! The bras are fine quality but don't fit me right. The problem is they don't clearly say returns go back to Italy on your dime before you buy. Their customer service is annoying and almost rude. Don't bother sending them a generic message asking them to help because honestly that's pointless. Bad company overall and if you're in the UK I'd suggest avoiding it unless you're completely certain about sizing. I'd give them zero stars if that was possible. Saw their product featured on a major morning show and decided to order a bralette. Followed their size guide and ordered exactly what they recommended. When it came, it was way too small. Nowhere did they mention that sales are final before I ordered. Had I known that, I never would've bought a bra without trying it in person first. After tons of effort getting them to respond, they agreed to let me return it as a one time exception but I still had to cover return shipping and the new item shipping. After all that hassle I'd get maybe 20 dollars in store credit, which is basically nothing. Why would I ever trust them again? I'm making it my mission to warn every woman I know and I'm posting about them everywhere on social media.

I ordered a strapless bra marketed for larger cup sizes but the quality is really disappointing and nothing like the description. It's basically just a tube with no actual support and cost 70 pounds. Asked about returning it and they want me to pay 13 to ship back to Italy. Nothing on their website says the item came from Italy or needs to go back there. On top of that they're trying to charge me return duties too. Charging customers for return shipping and duties goes against UK consumer protections where you're aggressively selling your stuff. Your site claims hassle free returns which is straight up false advertising under UK advertising standards. Stop trying to take advantage of customers and their legal rights here.
