Twenty-two parts and I managed to get four assembled before the whole thing collapsed. Missing hardware, loose pegs, and these plastic connectors that just spin and fall out. I ended up buying metal brackets, drilling my own holes, using glue, and taping things in place just to get it somewhat stable. After three days of work, I still couldn't assemble more than four pieces before it fell apart again. The material isn't real wood, it's cheap composite that warps and doesn't align properly. Customer service refused to refund the second unopened cabinet and said I'd have to pay for return shipping via FedEx on a heavy box. This company sells cheap low-quality products made overseas and they know it, which explains their terrible return policy. I apologized to myself plenty but never got a refund. I'm out the cost of extra shipping, return shipping, supplies to repair it, hours of wasted time, and the full return cost on the unopened cabinet. They're okay for small items like rugs or decorations, but don't waste your money on furniture or anything substantial. They don't stand behind their products.

Sketchy and dishonest business practices. This was my first time ordering from Country Door and the experience was awful. I called twice and waited over 50 minutes on hold, and during one call a rep asked for my Social Security number which I refused to give them for security reasons. Asking for that makes no sense for a purchase and seems like questionable business conduct. I ordered a garden shed on May 5th that was supposed to arrive May 14th. It's now May 20th and I still don't have it. I've tried calling multiple times and can't get answers.
