Not having a good time with this company. I ordered from outside the US after seeing a crafter recommend some of their items. A few days later I got an email saying it shipped, then started receiving strange messages from another company claiming I needed to pay taxes and duties before my package could move forward. That's not how our customs process works. We handle duties when packages arrive. I've been stuck with surprise charges before so this seemed sketchy. Tried calling their number and got a weird signal with no way to leave a message. Sent emails asking to cancel and never heard back. Disappointed.

I'm frustrated with how slow they are to process and ship orders. I've been waiting a week for my status to change from processing to dispatched and it's only going out via standard courier which is usually fast. This is my first order and it's not leaving a good impression. I won't be ordering from them again.

Stay away from this place! If you order something broken, don't expect your money back anytime soon. Their customer service is basically nonexistent - good luck getting anyone on the phone or getting responses to emails. Total ripoff.

When I tried to use the discount code it didn't work. Their chat support told me the offer doesn't apply to everything but this wasn't mentioned anywhere on the website or in my promotional email. They asked me to send proof but then mentioned sometimes the terms appear in white text? I requested an email to forward details to and never got a response before I left the chat. Watch out for hidden terms and conditions.

I've ordered from this site many times and had good luck, but things have changed recently. I ordered items that showed plenty of stock and even added complementary products but several orders haven't shown up. When I complained they mentioned issues with their picking process and the mail service. They gave me tracking numbers but the carrier just tells me they'll update once delivery is attempted, which basically means the package is gone. The company did refund me but I really wanted those items and now they're out of stock so I can't get them back. This is happening more often and I hope they don't lose quality as they grow. X
