It's definitely a pain and takes forever, but it actually works. Since we can't be sure they'll actually give us the files we bought after they shut down, and frankly they seem confused about their own plans anyway, I'd suggest trying this approach. In the recent announcement about the shutdown and access to our purchased classes, they mention: 'We're developing a way to let you download your classes over an extended timeframe.' But honestly, this solution isn't very practical, especially if you have a bunch of classes saved up. Downloading class sections individually, one after another, is really inefficient. On top of that, you can only download through the app on your phone or tablet, and phones and tablets don't have much storage space. It shouldn't be our job to figure out workarounds for device limitations we don't control. We paid for these classes and deserve a proper download solution, like being able to save them to a computer. Or they could email the files to us. I hope someone managing this issue gets this feedback. Thank you.

I'd give them zero stars if possible. The customer support is seriously the absolute worst out there. They won't do phone support and their automated systems are terrible. The chat option is pointless and responses never come. It's pretty obvious they couldn't care less about helping clients. They don't even seem interested in getting new subscribers. I tried getting a membership for a family member and they turned me down.
