Their customer service is absolutely awful. I placed an order for a chair but then realized I didn't need it because my physical therapy provider gave me one. The order was still being processed, so I asked them to cancel it. They never responded. Two days later it shipped anyway. When I complained, they basically said too bad, it's already gone. They clearly just wanted to keep my money instead of actually helping me out.

You'd have to be crazy to do business with these people. My order shows as delivered but I never got it. I've sent multiple emails trying to find out where it is with zero response. The courier won't help either. Something fishy is going on here. The shipping times seem off too. I can't get any straight answers from anyone involved. My advice is to stay away from this company.

Misleading doesn't even begin to describe this place. They market themselves as Australian but they're actually a Chinese operation selling Chinese products. Updates to shipping happen weekly instead of daily. It took a week just to get notification that they received my order, then another week to say the shipping label was approved. Nothing after that. I bought something mid-December as a gift and three weeks later still no delivery or tracking info. I emailed twice with no response. They told me to contact them again if it doesn't arrive by the end of the month. This is absolutely a scam.

The Razer headphones I got are a knockoff. They're cheaper but it's misleading to sell them as the real Razer product.
