Purchased a water pipe that developed a stress crack inside of a week. When I reached out to Dankstop, their response was basically too bad since it happened while being used. Seriously? Worst business, worst support, worst quality overall.

Absolutely awful company with terrible customer service. I bought a dry herb vaporizer that arrived broken. It wasn't damaged in transit; it was just straight up broken because it wouldn't turn on. I contacted Dankstop asking for help since I'd spent 60 bucks on something that's never worked, and they basically said tough luck. They told me you have to file a complaint within 48 hours of getting it, but that info isn't anywhere on the website that customers can see. So they basically took my money and said I was out of luck because their policy wasn't clearly posted. Plus the warranty card they included was no good, so I couldn't even get help from the manufacturer. I'd stay clear of this place.

Only got my stuff after leaving a bad review and filing a charge dispute. Your choice, but I'd recommend staying away.

Terrible experience all around. This place is definitely running a scam operation. Check out DankGeek instead because they have identical products at the same prices but actually have real customer support. I made my purchase and waited seven days with zero shipping confirmation or order updates. I tried contacting them repeatedly. Their phone line tells you they can't help over the phone and you have to email. So I started emailing almost daily. I sent about 8 or more emails over the course of a week and got nothing back. I also called multiple times and was promised email responses by end of day twice. Needless to say, those never materialized. Eventually I had to call and refuse to hang up until they refunded me. I had to be pretty rude to their so-called customer service team before anyone would actually help, but once someone did step in, the refund took just a few minutes. The worst part is a couple days later I check my inbox and there are 8+ emails from them responding to every message I'd sent earlier.

Placed an order on November 24th and it's now December 1st. The website promised it would ship in 3 days and arrive between November 27th and 29th. This was supposed to be a gift that's already overdue, and I still don't have it. I see tons of similar complaints on here from other customers. Please follow through on your promises! Follow-up: They keep responding to my emails saying the order is still in processing mode. That's been going on for a week now, which makes no sense.

My credit card info got compromised through this company. I'm out almost $1000 and currently dealing with fraud charges. Do not shop here.

I ordered on the 15th and it's been sitting in processing for almost two weeks now with nothing shipped. Haven't gotten any updates or communication about what's happening. Pretty annoying at this point.

Ordered my Gandalf-themed pipe and storage box about 4 days ago and the status is stuck on "Processing" even though the site advertises free shipping within 3-4 business days. I've contacted customer service a couple times with no replies. Update: Turned out both items arrived via USPS but the carrier didn't scan them properly, so the tracking info never updated. That said, I can see Dankstop is working on improving their systems and support, though they've still got some kinks to work out. If you're thinking about ordering, do your homework on the products first and consider shopping around. The items themselves arrived in perfect condition though.

I placed my order on March 7th. I've reached out twice using the chat feature and email asking what's going on. Someone told me they'd escalate it to management but I never heard back. The site says orders ship within 3 days but we're at two weeks now. I understand system growing pains happen, but you really need better communication.

Got a Puff Co Plus 4 days back and it still hasn't shipped. I've sent multiple emails and messages without any response. Regret ordering from here.
