The new design of their 8 1/2 by 11 planner is awful. The two-day layout used to be really well thought out and practical. Now the appointment times only go until 5pm on weekdays and noon on weekends, and they got rid of the three-month calendar that used to be in the lower right corner. I've been a customer for over 25 years, but this redesign is pretty much the only option available in this size and it's way less functional. Would really appreciate going back to how it was before.

Had some issues getting through the website checkout so I tried their chat feature. The chat support wasn't very helpful and came across as dismissive, so I managed to complete my purchase myself. Everything looked right in my cart until I added my payment details, then suddenly 12 items I never wanted appeared and charged to my card. Took two separate chat sessions plus a phone call where I had to provide a callback number before someone could help. The person I finally reached was fantastic and got it fixed. Day-Timer makes solid products and our group uses them regularly. Just wish their chat support matched up with how good the phone team is.

The customer service here is dishonest and deliberately makes returning items a hassle.

I've been getting the same planner refill from Day Timer for three decades. Lately though, the spiral binding seems to have shrunk down, which makes turning pages way harder since the paper tends to catch on the rings. For the premium price they charge, I'd expect a lot better quality. This is something they really need to address.

They were dishonest about what items were actually in stock. I got sent the wrong product not once but twice, and I documented it with a recording. They kept insisting that new versions would become available even though a supervisor later admitted these items would never be stocked. Spent two entire days on the phone trying to get my refund, and they still refuse to make good on their mistake from the previous year.

Got refills for my daily planner but ended up with the wrong item instead. The staff member was quick to promise she'd ship out the correct one right away. She also offered to mail me a return label for the incorrect stuff they sent by mistake.

Day Timer is the only place that carries the specific product I need, which is frustrating because their shipping fees are completely unreasonable for just two pads of loose leaf paper. Plus the delivery takes almost two weeks. I tried contacting them but never heard back. They could have kept my business but lost it instead because I'm not willing to pay shipping charges that exceed what the items themselves cost.

My first refill came cut incorrectly and the pages wouldn't separate properly. They sent a replacement which was slightly better, but I still have to manually pull the pages apart each time I move to a new week. This won't be my purchase again.

This company becomes completely unresponsive after you complete a purchase, and returning anything that doesn't work is basically impossible. Before buying an expensive adjustable hole punch, I reached out to verify it would fit both my Collins and Filofax organizers since they have different ring spacing. They confirmed it would work fine by adjusting the individual punches. When it arrived, it didn't work with either one. I emailed them with photos and they said they'd only refund once the item was back with them, and that I'd need to pay to ship it back within two weeks. I asked them to provide the correct return address but got no response to my email and got stuck on hold on their premium line. Since I was near their listed location, I tried going to the address on my receipt but found it didn't exist. The road they provided had no building numbers, which was strange, and when I checked with three other businesses on that street, none of them knew anything about this company or any stationery store in the area.
