I used to go to the Mentor, Ohio location all the time until a waitress's attitude changed everything. Decided to give it another shot this morning with my kids, but it was even worse. The server was dismissive from seating us, threw down the order rudely, and when I didn't tip got sarcastic about it. Then my daughter's drink came wrong and my sausage order showed up as bacon. Start to finish, the service was hostile and unprofessional. Really disappointing.
