Bought 3 t-shirts for my son's birthday on September 13th, spent around 80 dollars. It's now November 22nd and still nothing. I should've realized something was off when the tracking number they sent wasn't actually usable. I even called FedEx and they told me it wasn't even a real tracking number. Apparently running a shirt business is tough, but charging people and sending nothing is apparently easier and more profitable.
Ordered a couple of shirts and two days later got an email saying they shipped with a FedEx tracking number. After two weeks the tracking status still just showed label created. I contacted them asking what was going on. They said FedEx must have lost it and offered to send a replacement. A week passes and I get a new tracking number. Two weeks after that, this one is also stuck on label created. It's been about six weeks total and my original order still hasn't actually been shipped. Won't be buying again.
I really miss what this company used to be. They sold quality tees at fair prices and were awesome to deal with. I've got at least 20 of their shirts and some have lasted for years. I called 4 days straight before anybody picked up and my items arrived weeks later. On top of that, half the shirts were the wrong size. Really let down by how they've changed.
Update: A week later they got back to me saying I didn't need to return the shirts and shipped me new ones in the correct size instead. Clearly they operate with serious delays in responding, which meant they never saw my exchange request before sending the original order. Their slowness ended up costing them extra money since I got 4 shirts when I only paid for 2. Original review: This was literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I bought 2 shirts and wanted to return them. I submitted a return request on their website. After 3 days someone from their team emailed asking if I wanted a return or exchange. I answered saying I wanted to return them, but then they just stopped responding entirely. They really should set up an automatic return system that doesn't need human involvement, or if they insist on handling it manually, they should actually respond in a timely manner.

Straight up theft. This company should be shut down. Two months went by with no product. When I finally asked for my money back they claimed it got lost in shipping. Here's the thing though: they never gave me a tracking number, which proves it was never shipped in the first place. They're lying. They didn't have the item, they waited around for 2 months, and then blamed the shipper instead of admitting they never sent anything. Total scam. This time they say my case exceeded their time limit for responses so they get to keep my cash even though they did nothing. That's literally fraud.
I'm warning everyone to look elsewhere because the quality on this site has gotten absolutely terrible. We ordered some shirts back in 2017 and they were fantastic, holding up great even with constant wear and washing. We just put in a new order and the decline in quality is shocking. The material is poor, the prints look faded and washed out, and it's really disappointing. They work with some incredibly talented artists but they're doing those creatives a massive disservice with their current product. Don't buy from here.

Stay away from this place! I ordered 8 shirts and 2 hoodies and I'm not exaggerating when I say what showed up was terrible. The actual items looked hideous and the prints were awful. I wouldn't wear any of it even if nothing else existed in the world. Some were faded and washed out. One white hoodie came with pink stains all over it like someone had thrown it in the wash with red stuff. Here's the kicker though: nothing I received is even on their website. I spent over 75 dollars on this and now I have to eat the cost of return shipping from overseas. This whole situation is insane.
