Both the streaming performance and the customer support here are genuinely awful. I tried to watch the Brentford versus West Ham match last night but the service had a technical glitch that broke the stream completely for the entire second half and overtime. I contacted customer support to report this issue, and the representative treated me terribly. They completely misunderstood what I was saying and didn't even bother answering my follow-up question, showing zero empathy or respect. This company clearly only cares about taking your money and couldn't care less about providing actual quality to paying customers.

I was watching the West Ham match when the stream just quit completely. Other West Ham supporters mentioned seeing the same issue on YouTube fan channels. I missed the entire second half. The chat bot claimed it would connect me to someone right away but nothing ever happened. The game went into extra time anyway and honestly missing it probably wasn't the worst thing.

I've paid for Discovery Plus twice but it's still basically useless. I have it as part of my TNT Sports bundle. It actually functions when I'm home but becomes completely broken when I'm traveling. I couldn't access the TNT red button channels through the usual streaming option so I decided to just buy a separate Discovery Plus subscription. But even if I'd gotten past that problem, most of what I wanted to watch (the TNT red button Sports channels) wasn't available anyway! I've now spent money twice on this service and still can't actually use it.

I'm paying for Discovery Plus as a subscriber but still getting hit with ads, which defeats the whole purpose of paying in the first place. Even worse, these ads pop up right in the middle of live Olympic competitions, which means I actually miss parts of the actual events. That's completely unacceptable for premium sports content that's time-sensitive. On another note, I've got fiber internet at home but this streaming app is incredibly unreliable. Videos won't load, or they need multiple attempts to start, and then they buffer constantly. It's clearly not an internet problem on my side but a platform issue. When you're paying for a service, you should get reliable streaming and either no ads or at minimum ads that don't cut into live sports. Right now, you're just not getting value for your money.

Totally wasted my money. Is this even legit? I signed up to watch the Australian Open tennis but all I get is that spinning loading circle forever. I want a refund, plain and simple.

Honestly, this might be the worst app and service available anywhere. Everything about it is subpar, and nothing they offer actually matches what they advertise. The entire operation is a joke, especially the sports coverage which is just secondhand garbage. No wonder it's bundled free with TNT because nobody would actually pay money for this.

Rob Hatch's commentary during the Ashes coverage was absolutely dreadful. He clearly doesn't understand cricket. Why aren't you using commentators like Gower, Botham, or Lloyd instead?

Had to step out midway through watching day 4 of the Ashes second test. England was holding strong without losing a wicket, so I was excited to catch up with the replay on the app later. Usually I can watch replays without getting anything spoiled, but when I went to hit play from the beginning, there was text right there telling me Australia only needed 65 runs to win. That completely killed the experience for me. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the navigation has gotten noticeably faster and more intuitive than it used to be.

Subscribed specifically to watch the Ashes Cricket matches. Paying 33 pounds for the access only to get bombarded with constant ads is pure greed. Furthermore, the broadcast quality is nowhere near the level of BBC or Sky's coverage. In the United Kingdom, the Ashes ought to be available to everyone for free.

They posted that Expedition X was coming July 22 but it never materialized, and we're already into late October. If I was in charge of scheduling and subscriptions, I promise the engagement would go way up.

I'd honestly rate this zero if I could. I'm stuck using Discovery Plus because I need to watch TNT sports (which makes no sense to me). This has to be the absolute worst live sports streaming platform out there! It barely ever works properly, there's constant lag, and it cuts out every couple of minutes. Do these developers even understand what live sports viewing requires???? Having 5 to 15 second delays every minute is incredibly frustrating. The app takes forever to open, keeps logging me out randomly, and the video quality is downright awful and pixelated. This is completely unacceptable!

The continue watching feature on Discovery Plus is broken. It never resumes from where I actually stopped, so I'm constantly having to manually go back and select the next episode every single time. Really frustrated with this issue.

I've been paying for Discovery Plus because of the cycling coverage that used to be ad-free and really solid. But now the Tour de France either has ads or a split screen option without ads that doesn't show the timing information. For the Vuelta, they've gotten rid of the ad-free viewing completely. This is outrageous. I'm switching back to getting TNT through my cable provider and canceling my subscription since that's going to be much cheaper overall.
