After playing professionally for 32 years, I can tell you that being well-known doesn't mean someone's actually good or can teach well. I'm puzzled by some of the reviews I don't get why some reviews say what they do. This site has an INCREDIBLE library of courses and lessons. I bought a few individual ones and then switched to an annual membership. It's like being at the beach on a perfect day where you can just dive right in :) The team communicates well with you. Might be a bit slower if you're in a different part of the world but they always respond. Really helpful folks. I have memberships on other platforms and have bought plenty of courses elsewhere, but nothing beats this place.

Can't actually cancel whenever you want You really can't cancel your subscription anytime like they suggest. Once you sign up, you're stuck for minimum four months, which feels like a scam if you ask me. Look elsewhere if you want more flexibility.

FAST FIX for My Account Problem! To make a long story short, I checked my Dashboard and found that almost everything I'd purchased over the years had vanished! I reached out (left a voicemail) and Adam from support called me back shortly after and helped me figure out what went wrong. I had switched to a new laptop some years back and apparently ended up creating a second account without realizing it, so my newer purchases were going there instead. My older purchases seemed to disappear. Adam resolved it quickly by combining both accounts together, and everything came back. Even though I suspected it was my mistake (it was), Adam fixed things much faster than I could've on my own. Really appreciate the help from Adam and the whole team!

Not a good fit if you play metal or hard rock If you're serious about metal or hard rock, this platform isn't going to work for you. I went through everything they have and there's basically nothing for metal players. Unless you want to learn country, folk, fingerstyle, or classic rock, there's not much point in signing up. They do have some song lessons but only a small number of metal tracks, and mostly just the commercial stuff like popular metal bands. I really wish I could've seen what they offered before paying for the yearly plan. Honestly, if you want to learn metal, YouTube is free and has way more options. Feel like I wasted my money here.
