DisneyStore.com offers several options for getting your magical items delivered, with shipping costs based on the total order value. For most items, Standard Delivery is expected to arrive within 3–5 business days.
If you choose a personalized item, you should allow a slightly longer timeframe of 1–2 weeks for standard shipping.
If you need your order faster, you can opt for Express Delivery options, including Next Day and 2-Day shipping, for an extra charge.
It is important to know that Express Delivery is not available for P.O. Box, APO/FPO addresses, or international shipments. International shipping is also not available to many countries due to new tax laws.
Finally, for international orders, the cost of duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.
What Is the DisneyStore.com Return & Exchange Policy?
If you need to return or exchange an item purchased from DisneyStore.com, you generally have 30 days from the shipping date to do so.
The merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition, with all original tags and tickets attached, and in the original unopened packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been used or worn.
For a refund, you will receive the full purchase price back to the original form of payment. If the original card is no longer valid, you will be issued a Merchandise Credit.
Items bought as a gift will receive a Merchandise Credit for the full price.
Keep in mind that certain items cannot be returned, including Limited Edition items, Personalized or Customized merchandise, and items marked “All Sales Final” or similar language.
Also, note that returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items purchased at Disney Parks and Resorts retail locations.
