Bought their newest 6 blade razor with the handle and I couldn't believe how much tugging and pulling was required just to get a shave done. It was actually painful. My experience with their heritage series was completely different and way better, but now I can't find handles that work with all my leftover heritage blades. Why would they change something that worked perfectly fine?

The quality of these razors isn't what it used to be. I shave my head every other day and used to really enjoy using Dollar Shave Club razors. They glided smoothly, handled stubble without issues, no irritation. Now it's the complete opposite. Stubble gets tugged at, large patches get missed, takes way longer to finish shaving, and I have to do multiple passes over the same areas. Sometimes causes razor burn. The blades wear out much faster now. I used to get about 30 shaves per blade but now the first use is already disappointing. Time to switch to something else.

Got only part of my order. They were running a deal that included a beard trimmer along with razors, a handle and some other stuff. The trimmer wasn't in my package with everything else. Instead of sending me what I was missing they just gave me a partial refund and called it a day. No real solution offered, just a partial refund. Watch out when ordering from them. Also the razor blades don't seem as sharp as they used to and shaving takes longer now.

Don't use this service! I normally don't leave reviews but felt like I had to warn people. This company has some seriously shady practices. I've canceled my subscription multiple times but they keep charging my card! Their customer support is absolutely awful!

I got a razor handle a few months ago and at first it worked fine. When I went to swap out the blade the other day the locking mechanism stopped cooperating. It wouldn't fasten properly. The handle pretty much became useless along with the replacement blades. Not sure if I got a defective unit but I wasn't willing to risk it and ended up buying a different brand instead.

The actual blades are alright but the moisturizing strip is terrible. Three different strips fell off on the very first use. When they do stick around the strip breaks down and leaves the raw metal dragging on your skin. I canceled my membership. Not worth spending money on. I switched to a different brand which is way superior.

I bought initially then emailed them saying the 6 blade cartridge I received didn't work well for me, though I said the product itself was fine. Requested to cancel my subscription. A month went by and they sent another shipment and charged my account again. I kept emailing to get it stopped but just got automated replies back. Over 3 months with more than 30 emails back and forth, I kept getting sent blades and charges while asking to cancel. I also requested a full refund for all the subscription charges I asked to stop. They finally responded saying they stopped the subscription right before the holidays and could refund me $6 for everything. That's insulting considering how much they charged me over those months. Absolutely terrible customer support.

Finally on Christmas Eve they said they'd stopped my subscription and would refund $6. That's it. After months of unauthorized charges. This is completely unacceptable. Horrible customer service.

Got the 6 blade package in and the quality was really poor and dull. When I complained they were great about sending a replacement 4 blade package at no charge which was way better. I tested another batch of the 6 blade and it had the same issue with quality. So the 6 blade option isn't great but I have to say the company was really fast and helpful with addressing my concerns.

The new blades from Dollar Shave Club don't work with my old handle. Not only that but their new handles are pretty bad.

I wish I could rate this lower. I ordered the Club Series 6 blade trial set for $7 and got 2 units so I should've received 12 blades total. Instead I got 4 blades and they won't make it right. Never ordering from this company again. Also just so you know there's no actual customer service, just chat support. Very disappointed.

Week later the package came but the 4 pack was missing. Their AI support bot was absolutely no help. When I emailed their support team I got told to wait another week. There's no phone number you can call which is already a huge red flag. They're fast about charging you but slow about sending you anything. Not a good experience at all.

I used to be into Dollar Shave Club but then they redesigned the handles and everything went downhill. Now when I shave the blade pops off constantly and it's a pain getting it back on. You can't even shave properly when the blade won't stay put. The blades themselves aren't as good either. They used to last a week or more but now they're shot after like 3 days.
