Arrived damaged and the company wouldn't repair it.

Absolutely terrible support. They answer right before closing time so you only get one piece of info per day, making everything take forever. My mainboard died after a few months and they sent me a replacement to install myself, but it failed again after another month. They said I'd get a new board two weeks ago and nothing came. I offered to send the whole unit to them to find the real problem, but now they won't respond at all and I have no working printer. In the meantime I bought another brand that works great. My device just sits there broken. They sent me a video asking me to change a part that requires disassembling everything, and when I said that wasn't possible, they stopped communicating.

Meanwhile I picked up a different printer from another brand and it works perfectly, while my unit sits useless. They sent me a video link asking me to swap out a part which requires taking the whole printer apart. When I said I couldn't do that, they just ignored me.

My 3D printer was constantly uploading massive amounts of data through the internet. Even when I blocked it at my router, it kept generating hundreds of thousands of firewall alerts trying to do something unknown. I was still within the return window so I requested a return. However, they charged a restocking fee which violates consumer protection rules in my region that prohibit such fees for online purchases targeting my area. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company.

The printer works great and performs better than my skill level honestly. It's reliable and consistent. The one downside is there's no protective cover on the front to guard the screen and power button against accidental resin spills.

Elegoo is my first choice for all 3D printing gear. Started small but when I wanted to scale up for bigger projects like full helmets, I checked out the Neptune line and was blown away. The controls were super intuitive and years later when the ribbon cable finally gave out, their support team walked me through every single step like I mattered. They got back to me instantly and had me printing again in no time, so I bought a second one. When the Carbon series dropped with the Core XY design, the price was unbeatable so I added it to my setup. Every single one of my Elegoo printers has produced amazing quality work and I'd enthusiastically recommend them to anyone from first timers to experienced users.

This printer has given me nothing but excellent results. The variety of filament options is incredible and the touch screen controls and slicing software are super intuitive. Absolutely would recommend to anyone wanting a high quality printer that performs reliably.

Great speed and solid support when I needed it.

Picked up the CenturiCarbon printer and my wife was skeptical at first, but now she loves it. I've been having a blast doing 3D printing with the kids and she's come around to really enjoying the machine. Everything worked great from day one and the company has been excellent. Can't wait to see what else they release. My wife's even asking if we can get another printer now!

Got my Elegoo Saturn back in October and it's been a game changer. I mainly use it for jewelry pieces and also print some miniatures for my tabletop gaming sessions. The mono screen is so much faster compared to my old printer, and honestly I don't know how I ever dealt with those longer print times before. The packaging was excellent and when I had a quick question about the screen, they offered a replacement without any hassle. I'm definitely planning to stick with Elegoo for future resin printer purchases. I've even considered buying another unit so I can dedicate one to castable resin while keeping this one for gaming projects. Pro tip: grab some extra FEP sheets upfront since you'll be printing constantly and it's nice to have fresh ones ready.
