This is ridiculous. I spent hours trying to file a claim and it's basically impossible. They couldn't recognize my ticket or help me get in touch with anyone. You need a week to do anything on their site. I traveled from London to Nice on March 30th and the train was over 3 hours late, arriving at 1:30 in the morning. Awful experience. The announcements were only in French so I had no clue what was happening. On top of that, there was no heating so everyone was freezing. It felt like riding a train from another country. Now I've tried submitting my claim four times but they still say they can't find it even though I provided both ticket numbers. They make tons of money but won't invest in a decent website or customer support. They clearly just don't care. The website has almost no useful information and what actually matters is missing. I'll keep trying to get them to refund me, but I'm not holding my breath. A company shouldn't get away with taking money from customers and ignoring them. Skip this service and fly instead.
