Everything5pounds.com Reviews
Everything5pounds.com is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 19 shoppers, with the vast majority expressing satisfaction with their purchases. Positive reviewers consistently praise fast delivery, competitive pricing, and good value across product categories like makeup and household items. Customers also commend the helpfulness of the customer service team. However, a small but vocal segment of recent reviewers express frustration with significant changes to the site's structure and functionality, particularly noting that the platform now redirects to Amazon and partner retailers rather than stocking its own inventory, which has disappointed some returning customers who preferred the original model.
The stark divide in feedback suggests a transition period that has alienated some long-term shoppers unfamiliar with the new direction, while new or less discerning customers continue to report positive experiences with pricing and delivery. The shift toward a marketplace model appears to be a point of contention for customers who valued Everything5pounds.com as a direct retailer.
Don't waste your time. Just leave now. Get rid of the app. This company is not worth it.
What's going on? I came back to shop like I usually do and the whole thing is different now. It redirected me to Amazon and kept saying buy from partners or something. Don't you stock your own stuff anymore?
My order showed up super fast and I got all the things I was looking for. Really satisfied with my purchase.
Outstanding items at amazing prices, seriously impressed with the value proposition.
My order arrived and I'm really happy with it. Such an incredible deal on makeup!
The customer service team was really helpful when I needed to ask about something.
I thought for sure this would be a scam, but I was totally wrong. The quality is genuinely impressive and honestly better than what you'd find at Claire's.
I'd rate this a 10 out of 10 if possible because it's amazing that quality merchandise can be available at lower prices so that everyone, no matter their budget, can feel confident looking their best. Every single gift I purchased for my family came in perfect condition and looked exactly as described, and even the pricier items were excellent quality. Some of the things I wanted weren't available in my size, but I'm thrilled anyway to have made my loved ones happy. Really appreciate what you do.
Consistently excellent when it comes to quality, reliability, and keeping things affordable for everyone. I'm a loyal customer for the long haul and tell absolutely everyone about this place. Happy!
Everything I ordered from everything5pounds turned out great. The items were totally worth the money.
Had an amazing time shopping here. Delivery was speedy, the merchandise is solid, and you get so much for your money.
When Everything5pounds switched to just Everything, I was really disappointed because everything cost so much more and I couldn't justify it. Then something wonderful happened and the five pound pricing came back, so I've been able to refresh my entire wardrobe again. The prices are unbeatable and the styles are fantastic. So grateful you brought this back.
Everything went perfectly. The pricing was unbeatable and the items themselves were really nice quality.
