At this point I'm done shopping with them. Fanatics has terrible communication, their systems seem broken, and the whole situation was frustrating, took way too much time, and shouldn't have happened in the first place. Shop somewhere else if you can. I think what actually went wrong was I was logged into my account, placed an order, and paid with Apple Pay that was connected to a different email, which caused some kind of system glitch on their end.
