Steer clear of this company completely. Seriously. It's a nightmare. They're as bad as they come. I should have read the reviews first because I definitely will moving forward.

I bought two shirts and a hat. They decided to send everything separately. I got both shirts no problem, but the hat went out through some shipping company I'd never heard of. That hat ended up delayed and I couldn't wear the full outfit to my game like I'd planned. Not shopping there again.

Can you help me figure out where my shipment is at? My last tracking update came through back in mid August and I haven't heard anything since. I'm trying to locate the package but need some assistance.

It looks similar to what's shown on the website, but it's clearly a cheap knockoff that's actually quite different. That's unacceptable. Terrible customer service experience. Someone fraudulently charged my account for a gift card I never ordered. First off, their security is pretty weak if someone got into my account that easily. Then I tried using their chat support and all they could do was open a ticket. I also called and talked to someone on the phone, but there was so much noise in the background she couldn't hear me properly. Once we got past that, she still couldn't resolve anything. I asked for a manager twice and both times got told they were stuck in meetings. Completely unprofessional from start to finish.

Started trying to return something and they make the whole process intentionally difficult. They'll wear you down until you just give up and accept the loss. Save yourself the frustration and buy somewhere else.
