I paid for a return shipping label two weeks ago and still haven't gotten it, so I can't send my stuff back for a refund. I've emailed almost every day and sent three messages through their website with nothing but silence. Their customer service is basically nonexistent. I'm sitting over £500 out of pocket with import taxes included that I need to get back.

Their customer service doesn't exist. They mislabeled my order as made in China when it's actually made in Europe. Because of their mistake, I got hit with 60% in tariffs I shouldn't have paid. I've sent 8 emails, 3 messages through their website, and called 12 times with no response whatsoever. They could fix this in a minute and save me $400 but won't lift a finger. If you're in the US, do not do business with these people. The prices might look good, but you'll get zero support. I eventually got a response a week after posting this, and they sent a corrected invoice on August 21st, but that doesn't change my mind. I will never work with them again and will tell everyone I know to avoid them too.

They don't warn you about import duties upfront. Sure the prices look great until you get hit with over £100 in duty charges on a £200 order. Skip these guys and use a UK-based company instead.

I bought some MX boots and understood there might be VAT charges. The boots were £193. When DHL arrived with the delivery, they wanted £95.24 extra. I refused the delivery and DHL shipped them back. When I got my refund, they'd deducted £95.24 for duty and VAT. Here's the thing though, the invoice price was wrong, so the duty calculation was wrong too. I reached out to FC-Moto and they basically said it's Brexit's fault. But nobody told me about VAT or duty during the checkout, and their website says it's the FC-Moto UK Shop, so it should be cheaper if duty's included. I'm out £95.24 for nothing and the way they ignored my concerns is really frustrating. I'll never order from them again and I'd recommend others steer clear too.

Ordered a pair of Belstaff boots after doing my homework on sizing. The size 46 EU/13 US boots showed up, but there's a major problem. The leather parts are way too tight compared to the footbed, and the zipper won't even close because it's over an inch apart. As a buyer, I had no way to check if these were made correctly before delivery. I was hoping FC-Moto would step up with some customer support, but they refused to help at all. I'm out $27 for shipping there and another $63 to send them back. This has been the worst experience I've had ordering from an online store.

Don't believe the five-star rating they show on their own website. In reality, they're slow to respond, late on delivery, and their customer service is poor. There are plenty of other retailers out there with better prices and way better service. You're better off shopping elsewhere than giving them your business.

Stay away from this company. Had a really shocking experience and ended up having to go through my credit card company just to get a refund. Don't bother wasting your time and money here.

This was terrible. My order sat in Germany for three weeks without moving. When I asked about a refund, they said no, so I had to contact my credit card company to get my money back. The whole thing was a nightmare. Customer service gave me different answers depending on who I talked to. Just find somewhere else to shop.

Had a really bad experience with this retailer. I ordered a Belstaff jacket on November 21st, got an order confirmation the same day, and they charged my credit card about £300 right away. A week later I checked on my order status because it was still pending, and when I finally heard back three days later, they said the jacket was out of stock but should arrive December 6th. I told them that wasn't mentioned on their website and that taking payment for something they couldn't deliver was unfair. December 5th they emailed to say it's unavailable and I'd get a refund within 48 hours. Surprise, no refund yet. I'd recommend avoiding this company.
