The desk itself is really good quality and doesn't take much effort to put together. Unfortunately everything else falls short. The frame came in separate boxes with different carriers arriving 2 days apart. Another item went missing after 5 business days with no courier record, and they wouldn't assist until day 6. Support responses are slow, live chat takes forever for simple issues, and phone lines leave you hanging. The desk itself deserves 4 stars, but the rest of the experience is only 2 stars.
