They showed up broken and I had to send them back. It's turned into a nightmare since then. Frost had none in stock, and now in July, months later, I'm still holding my breath. Each time I email asking what's up, the delivery estimate shifts. The worst part is nobody reaches out unless I do. I've sent three emails over three months and still no shears. I understand some items come from overseas and delays happen, but
