The hand weights I got are completely mislabeled. I have a pair both marked as 5 but when I weighed them, they're totally different from each other and nowhere near the actual weight. This is ridiculous.

The yoga mat started falling apart after just a couple months. When I use it, pieces of the colored pattern come off and scatter all over like confetti. The mat is also super slippery on the floor. Total garbage product.

I won't be back and I won't recommend them. If you want poor treatment, shop there. If you want respect, go elsewhere.

There's no mention during checkout about their policy on returns and exchanges. Only found this note after: they're not accepting returns on opened items, yoga mats, or hand weights anymore. Found Gaiam randomly when shopping for a yoga ball chair and it had great ratings. The chair worked perfectly for almost a whole year until something broke on the base. I emailed back using my original purchase receipt without expecting help but Brittany replied super fast and asked for pictures. Once I sent them, she ordered the replacement parts I needed and had them shipped out the next day. Real customer service like this is hard to find anymore so I wanted to write a positive review. Very happy with the company and their products.
