Got the theraface mask right before Christmas but honestly I haven't seen any real improvement and it actually gives me headaches when I wear it. Haven't been able to get through to anyone on their support team to talk about it.

Been a customer for 9 years and have never had a problem. Used everything from the massage guns to the Theraface and always been happy. Their support team is genuinely nice, helpful, and actually human when I call. Really puzzled by some of the negative reviews out there because my experience has consistently been fantastic. Looking forward to trying the Sleep Mask too, and I see other people enjoying their Therabody stuff just as much. This company has earned my loyalty. Appreciate everything you do.

Absolutely no customer service response! I've sent emails and gotten nothing back. Used their internal messaging system and still nothing. It's like screaming into the void. Nobody answers anything or follows up. Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had with any big brand name. Get your act together and fix this mess. It's really embarrassing.

Bought a Theragun years ago and barely used it, maybe 20 times total. Was super careful with it but it recently quit working completely. Reached out to support with the serial number, a video showing the problem, and everything they asked for. Their response was pretty cold and didn't really help. Since I can't access the old email account where I made the purchase, I don't have the original receipt anymore, but I mentioned this several times. They kept saying they had nothing they could do. No troubleshooting, no discount offer, no repair option, just flat out no. I wasn't asking for a free replacement. Just something reasonable for a premium device that hardly got used. I've looked at dozens of similar complaints here and other sites and it seems like once your warranty expires they basically abandon you no matter what. For a company that markets itself as luxury wellness products, their customer support is really disappointing. Already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Got a Theragun that came in broken. Customer service made me jump through hoops to process a return, including asking for a video of the defect even though it simply wouldn't charge. Once they finally okayed the return, I got a message saying it could take up to 3 weeks just to get a ruling on my warranty claim. Back and forth emails that all sound like they're written by robots, plus zero phone support available. Wouldn't recommend doing business with these people. I need to speak up about how badly their customer service let me down. The longer this dragged on the worse I felt about the whole situation. I'm not confident in this company or how they handle problems. My recommendation is to look elsewhere. The support experience and lack of resolution made me regret this purchase entirely. Find another option instead.

Stay away. Just wasted a bunch of money. Our Theragun Elite quit charging after about 2 and a half years, and of course the warranty was done. Did some research online and found this is actually super common with the Elite model. The retailer couldn't help, and when we reached out to their UK support, they told us there's no repair center available anywhere in the country. Tried taking it apart ourselves to fix it but that would have destroyed the device, and YouTube showed us we're not alone in that problem. Got a local repair guy to look at it for a couple weeks but he eventually threw in the towel. This thing is basically a total waste of money.

Ordered something 11 days back using Paypal and still haven't gotten any shipping notice. Been trying to email support about it but nobody's getting back to me. Finally sent another email asking to cancel the whole thing and get my money returned, and they replied saying they can't find my order in the system. Now I'm working through Paypal to recover my cash. Would recommend staying far away from this company.

Should have checked this site out before buying the thergun pro elsewhere. My item never showed up and therabody completely ignored my messages. Three days went by and still nothing, even though their site says they respond within that window. No phone support available and the chat feature kept disconnecting. Hoping my payment processor will reverse the charge. Would definitely steer clear of ordering from this website.

Customer service here is basically nonexistent. Warranty returns? Plan on waiting at least 2 months, and that's just for a brand new gun that was broken straight out of the box. The company doesn't respect its customers at all, and they have zero faith in anyone who buys from them. It would be more accurate to call it the customer dis-service department.

My theragun mini broke while still covered and I sent it back for a replacement. They sent back a replacement without the massage head. Their next replacement wouldn't even work with the gun. These people run their warranty and customer service like they have no clue what they're doing. Just really bad support across the board.

Terrible all around. Would give zero stars if I could.

Placed an order that seemed to get lost in their system. Never got a confirmation email even though my card showed a pending charge. Their chat team answers quickly but I had to reach back out multiple times because they kept missing their own deadlines. When I finally asked to cancel that order and place a new one through chat, somehow that pushed my first order through, and I ended up getting charged for both. Then on top of that, the device stopped working after less than a week. The chat people get you connected fast but the actual help is pretty surface level and nothing gets resolved quickly. The whole experience is disappointing for something with such premium pricing.
