Ordered leggings ahead of time for my yoga trip but they never showed up. Placed my order on April 26 and by May 7 still nothing. The shipping company told me the package should've been there by May 3 but said I had to reach out to the company directly to report it missing. The problem is I can't actually call their customer service.

The fit is really disappointing! I spent a decent chunk of money on leggings and the quality just isn't there. Not worth it.

I'm done with Lululemon now. This brand's workout collection is absolutely incredible - the fit, the support, and how well made everything is just blows Lulu away. The prices are better too and their designs feel way more current with awesome color options. Shipping arrived super fast with no issues. Already thinking about what I'm ordering next!

Really enjoyed the pants and they've always arrived exactly when expected with no mix-ups. I have pairs from 2019 that I still wear regularly and they hold up incredibly well even after being washed a ton. The company seems genuinely ethical and they run some solid sales plus a nice loyalty program.

Terrible experience - charged me but got nothing. They won't pick up the phone! I've been going back and forth with emails for way too long with zero results. My order is stuck somewhere and I can't get any real help. They won't process my refund either. I need this money back. Do not buy from this company. They're overseas and good luck trying to actually get your stuff or your cash.

Really happy with my purchases! Grabbed this super cozy and stylish parka last winter and just got my recent order of some basics in. I was worried about the price point since it's higher than what I usually spend, but honestly you can't beat their commitment to eco-friendly practices. These have become my go-to undies for sure. I've seen some negative feedback about their support team out there, but I haven't needed to contact them so I can't really comment on that. Everything has gone smoothly for me so far.

The sports bras left me disappointed. Some items in my order were okay, but I have to agree with other people saying these bras just aren't flattering. They compress everything too much and look pretty unflattering under a regular shirt. Maybe they're meant to be worn solo or with a thick layer over top? I tried a medium and switched to large but even that didn't help the squishing issue. On the bright side they're super comfy though!

Ordered a puffer on 11/23 during their Black Friday sale and it's now 12/13 with no puffer. The shipping companies are playing hot potato saying the package is lost somewhere between them. Meanwhile this company won't respond to any emails and has zero phone support. My guess is they oversold and just decided not to deal with refunding anyone. Looking through other reviews this seems to be their standard - take the money and ghost customers. Their customer service is basically nonexistent and honestly their business practices are really shady.

Would give zero stars if I could. The whole shipping situation has been a complete disaster. Never got my package and when I tried reaching out to support about getting my money back, they just ignored my emails. If you care about actually receiving what you order or getting refunded, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. This is totally unacceptable.

Major shipping letdown! I bought a hoodie and jogger on 12/9 as a gift. They charged my card immediately on 12/10 and sent a tracking number saying it was shipped. I'd heard delivery could be slow but got excited seeing a confirmation so quickly. Fast forward to 1/4 and nothing has moved since that first day! Sent multiple emails getting back only generic cheerful responses telling me to wait. Last week the package still hadn't budged so I sent another message. This time they claimed it was lost and asked me to sign paperwork, promising a replacement but also saying if that one goes missing they can't send another. I don't understand that since they already have my money and I haven't received anything! Everyone raves about their clothes but the service is really poor. The templated emails are so obvious they're just copying and pasting responses.

The leggings are fantastic but wow their service team is really bad. Can't reach anyone when something goes wrong with your order. I got the same robotic responses copied multiple times about missing stuff from an order that's over 30 days old. Still no refund issued. I also tried exchanging something for a different size and never got it or any credit for what I sent back. These leggings are awesome but their customer service is so broken I'm looking elsewhere.

Watch out returning items here! Their support team is really disappointing. They got my return over 3 weeks ago and haven't said a word about my refund even though I've reached out 3 times. The clothing is nice but I'm hesitant to buy from them again knowing I'm out $100.

I really love my leggings - they look amazing and feel great. Excellent pricing too. The colors are gorgeous and super flattering. Unfortunately the sustainability angle feels a bit off since these are made overseas for Western customers, which doesn't really line up with the eco-friendly branding they're pushing. Feels like another brand trying to use sustainability as marketing without fully backing it up.

Seven working days of emails and still nothing back. All I want is what I paid for since they took my money. Update: Finally got a response today through email, though it took way longer than promised. My package arrived too. I'm changing my rating from 1 to 4 based on everything working out. The only reason it's not 5 is because getting ahold of anyone was such a hassle. But I'll say this - the packaging and presentation when it arrived was absolutely gorgeous. Everything came in a nice zippered pouch that my daughter loves along with the leggings and bra. The whole unboxing was incredible. Yeah, I'll order from them again.
