This has been my worst online shopping experience ever. I ordered prescription lenses, which should take a week or so to make and ship, but my order arrived in under seven hours with plain lenses instead. None of the add-ons I selected like blue light filtering, scratch protection, or anti-reflective coating were included. I had two orders that day and they messed up both of them. When I called customer service, they were dismissive and unhelpful, basically telling me it was my fault and that I shouldn't expect a refund. I won't be ordering from this site again, and the customer support was the absolute worst I've ever dealt with.
