This place has really gone downhill. The automated system they use for handling cancellations and refunds basically doesn't listen to what you actually need. It's frustrating and a poor way to run a business. After waiting over a week for my item to go out, I requested to cancel and got confirmation it was no problem. Then the next day I see a shipping notification without my approval. They claimed it was a mistake but then the package showed up anyway. Now the same automated system is telling me I owe a 15 percent restocking charge. Their website says they're open weekends but they're actually closed. I've spent thousands here over the years and now I'm done. You should shop elsewhere. The one person running things who actually knows what they're doing is probably the only competent one in the bunch.

I thought I was buying a brand new firearm. What showed up was obviously used, which was shocking. They claimed that since it wasn't registered, it counted as new, but after the manufacturer examined photos, they agreed the gun had extensive use. The retailer had it on display and customers had worked the slide repeatedly, damaging the barrel coating. When I complained, the company said once I signed for it at my FFL, there was nothing they could do and told me to take it up with the manufacturer instead. Beware of doing business here. Their response was disappointing. How are you supposed to properly inspect a gun when the FFL requires you to accept it before looking it over? Regardless of sales volume, mine was definitely used. Unfortunately they didn't address the main issue. If I could post photos showing what they claimed was new, I would. The reality is the manufacturer itself confirmed the gun had been used. They're replacing parts as a result. At least one company involved in this transaction is acting with integrity, and it's not this business. You should reconsider your practices.
