The West Mason Street spot in Green Bay is serving really poor quality food. Used to order their monster burger every so often and it was actually large and impressive. Ordered one yesterday and paid fifteen fifty, but what I got was a huge letdown. The burger was completely flattened, they put it on a tiny bun, there was hardly any bacon, and it was falling into pieces everywhere. Doesn't compare to how they made them before. Feels like a rip-off with how they're sizing things now. Small drink and small fries with that price? What a waste of money. I'm done with Hardee's permanently.
The West Mason Street location in Green Bay is serving terrible food. I used to get their monster burger and it was actually big and impressive. Ordered one yesterday for fifteen fifty and it was completely disappointing. The burger was totally squished flat, they used a tiny bun, there was barely any bacon on it, and it fell apart into pieces. Nothing like how they used to make them. It feels like they're pulling some kind of scam with the portion sizes. For that price, you get a small drink and small fries? Absolutely ridiculous. I'm finished with Hardee's for good.
Got my food incredibly quickly, in less than two minutes from when I placed the order. This was even with a special request on the order. Not only was the speed great, but the customer service from the staff was outstanding!

Went out on Friday around 9/5 and found out they were out of hot dogs, so I didn't purchase anything. Returned the following evening on 9/6 and picked up four hot dogs. Got home in just four minutes and discovered the buns were rock hard and stale, not edible at all. I contacted the restaurant and requested to speak with management. The person who picked up stated she was the manager. I told her I'd just gotten four hot dogs minutes before and the buns were stale and hard, not fresh whatsoever. She seemed confused about what I meant by stale, so I clarified that the buns weren't fresh and were too hard to eat. Her response was basically sorry and that she'd inform the kitchen staff. That was all. I won't return to the location on Lynnhaven Parkway, and I strongly suggest others stay away. Both the service and food were really disappointing.

That was it. I won't be going back to that location on Lynnhaven Parkway, and I'd recommend others avoid it too. The service was poor and the food quality was even worse.
I went to the York Road location in Gastonia on August 5th and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with a request for it to be freshly prepared. Once I got home and looked at the sandwich, the chicken piece seemed like it was cooked beforehand and then deep fried again until it got burnt. It also had bacon on it, which I definitely did not ask for. My order was supposed to be just a crispy chicken sandwich with no mayo, nothing else. That's not what I received and I'm really unhappy about it. I do have photos of the sandwich but couldn't figure out how to upload them to leave with this review.

Just have to say how amazing my manager is. She creates schedules that work really well and is so cooperative. She really goes out of her way to make sure every single order is done right. I'm really grateful for having her.

I wasn't super confident about the stop because my previous experiences at Hardee's have been pretty infrequent since moving to Concord, mostly because of poor customer service, cold meals, or getting the wrong order. It's honestly not my preferred choice, yet my nephew actually loved the service and food quality at that particular location. We were happy we stopped there and then drove on to Ruthfordton to be with his family. Keep providing that excellent service and maybe I'll get to grab breakfast there again next time I'm visiting Rutherford County. Funny note: Years back in the late seventies, my sister and I both worked at a Hardee's in Spindale, North Carolina. Seems like a lifetime ago!

Stopped by while traveling north on I-95 close to Walterboro, South Carolina (didn't keep my receipt so can't give the exact address). The guy at the counter was polite and friendly, and honestly that was the highlight of the visit. I got a fish sandwich, some chicken tenders, and an order of fries totaling twenty-one dollars, which felt pricey, but I waited for my receipt anyway. The food took forever to come out. When they handed me the bag, I asked if it had the fish and chicken and they said yes. Once I got back on the road and opened it up, I found a chicken sandwich that was basically inedible, chicken tenders that were okay but had a strange texture, and three orders of fries. No wonder it cost so much. I thought about calling the restaurant but after seeing how the staff operated, I figured they wouldn't care anyway. Hopefully sharing this keeps someone else from making our mistake and stopping there. I won't be going back to any location of that chain.
