I feel like I need to warn people about this company's warranty policy, which sounds good in theory but is really just whatever their customer service team decides on a case-by-case basis. Over the last year starting in June 2024, I spent more than 6000 dollars on plants and fertilizer from them, buying almost every month because I trusted their quality. But living in northeast Florida with extreme summer heat has been hard on young plants. When I requested warranty coverage for 5 plants recently, they turned me down, claiming they died because I used small pots instead of 15 gallon containers. However, experienced rose gardeners in my zone recommend starting young plants in smaller pots so you can watch their nutrition and water needs closely for the first few months before upgrading to 3 to 5 gallon pots as they grow. You shouldn't put baby plants in huge containers because that makes it harder for them to thrive. Unfortunately, their customer service team doesn't seem to understand the local climate here.

The rose I got was pretty weak looking, but I decided to nurse it along anyway and didn't say anything. The first year it bloomed correctly. Year two, it turned into a completely different rose. I moved it to get more sun but got the same wrong bloom this year. So I reached out to ask what rose I actually received so I'd understand what to expect. They said probably some different roots got mixed in with mine, which explains why I got the right one the first year. Yeah, I already figured that out. I just wanted to know what I actually have. When I explained that, I got attitude. They said there's absolutely no way they could answer that. I paid over 70 dollars for the wrong plant and you won't take a picture to your grower and ask them to identify what it is? Not going back to them.

I purchased 2 roses more than a year ago directly from this company after seeing them featured at Costco. Before ordering, I called to ask which varieties would work best for my location and which ones could handle being planted in a large container. I followed everything they suggested about caring for the plants, but I haven't gotten a single flower on either one yet. When I filed a warranty claim, all I got was excuses, denials, and refusals. The warranty doesn't seem to actually exist. They won't admit that the plants they sold and recommended weren't right for my situation or up to standard. I sent photos showing the plants are green but have never bloomed. My suggestion would be to save your money and shop at a local garden center instead, where you can actually return things if something goes wrong.
