Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $50, but this does not apply to orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.

Standard Shipping costs $8.99 and takes 4-6 business days to process and deliver, though it might take longer during busy times.

For faster delivery, you can choose 2-Day Shipping for $16.99 or Overnight Shipping for $29.99. For these options, be sure to place your order before 1 PM EST on a weekday.
Please note that Hey Dude does not ship to U.S. territories or military addresses.
What Is the Hey Dude Return and Exchange Policy?
Returning and exchanging items with Hey Dude is designed to be free and easy. You can get a full refund if you send back your items within 30 days of the shipping date.
To be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must be unworn and unwashed and still have the original tags. Keep in mind that certain items, like those marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale", cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return arrives at the warehouse, it can take 10-14 business days to process your refund. If you bought your shoes from a different store, you will need to contact that store directly, as Hey Dude can't process refunds for in-store purchases.
