I'm still waiting for my package to show up, which is really disappointing. The delivery was supposed to happen a week ago and it hasn't come yet. I won't be ordering from them again.

Horrible customer service overall. I paid for fast delivery on my order. After a week, it still hadn't shown up. I contacted Maje and they gave me back the shipping cost. But the package never arrived, and now the carrier is demanding a large customs fee to release it to me. I've tried reaching out to Maje multiple times and they keep ignoring my messages. I've had to escalate this with my payment provider to get help.

The designs and clothing are really pretty, but when I opened my package, I was let down. For a brand at this price point, the presentation was below standard. My items looked like they were just tossed in the box without any care or proper folding. I've honestly gotten nicer packaging from discount retailers, which felt wrong for what I paid. One piece also had a button with loose threads and a small defect. It's still wearable, but I'll have to fix it myself. The biggest issue was the customer service response. When I reported their contact form wasn't working properly, they just sent me back to the same form instead of actually addressing what I said. The garments look beautiful, but everything else fell short of what I expected from a premium brand.

The craftsmanship and design of their clothing and accessories is truly outstanding. I adore everything about Maje and it's definitely one of my favorite brands to shop!

Over the past year, almost every order has arrived in the wrong size. If the sizing system is that confusing between different regions, maybe stick to one standard. The help team responds quickly, but when items are older styles, you can't exchange them at all. That's frustrating when ordering.

Maje's support didn't show much interest and refused to give a written apology. They said to return it to the nearest store location. We took it to the store, but they turned us away because that location is operated inside another retailer. They should have mentioned this detail before we made a 100 mile drive. The level of service here is disappointing. High prices should come with high quality support, not this. Not satisfied.

Would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT SHOP ON MAJE'S SITE. I spent almost 700 dollars on two dresses and sent them back. A month later and still no refund. They claim the return is somewhere in transit and won't declare it lost so they can process my money back. I reach out daily and get the same response that they can't refund anything until it arrives at their warehouse. This is completely unacceptable.
