Warning to any business considering Houzz: they can seriously damage your company! I signed up and paid for their service to get interior design leads and brand exposure. As part of the deal, they said they'd redesign my website at no cost and handle all the hosting. The problem was the leads I got weren't good quality and weren't right for what I do, so I decided to stop. I wasn't informed that Houzz would erase my website from the internet once my subscription ended. I only realized months later that my business website was gone. I contacted Houzz about it but they wouldn't acknowledge the problem or do anything to fix it. I missed out on months of having an online presence and lost possible business deals because of their poor info sharing and unwillingness to take responsibility. If you're a small business thinking about Houzz, I'd be very careful.
