Can't trust this company. Don't waste your cash. It's nothing like what they claim. Customer service is terrible - honestly worse than one star if that were possible.

I ordered and got a confirmation, then started getting weird emails asking me to verify my address even though nothing was wrong with it and it was verified through USPS. Then more emails saying they couldn't ship it, then another one saying it shipped and came back to them, which isn't true. Called to find out what was happening and the guy said he couldn't explain it for security reasons. Super sketchy and definitely feels like a scam. No idea if my card will ever get credited.

You think you're buying something once, but nope. They don't tell you about the subscription part. They grab your card info without permission, sign you up for recurring charges without even sending you a confirmation email, and just start billing you every month and sending you products. On top of that, the price increases over time. Canceling is a nightmare too - you can't do it online and when you try to reach someone they say they'll respond in a few days, which never happens. These business practices are sketchy at best. Some of their actual products aren't bad, which is the frustrating part. I would've kept buying if they weren't running things this way. I had zero problems when I bought their stuff from Amazon before, so that's where I'm going from now on. I can't support a company with such deceptive practices.

They don't make it clear that you're required to join a subscription when you order and use their discounts. Then if you call to cancel, they charge back the savings you got. Awful company.
