I'm extremely upset with Iceland. My recent orders have been riddled with serious problems including safety issues and terrible customer service. First, my Saturday delivery arrived with all my frozen and refrigerated items completely warm and thawed. When I told the driver, he just said sorry quickly and took off, leaving me to throw away everything from that entire shop. I have a serious medical condition where food safety is critical, and instead of real support, I got slow responses and no real accountability. Now I'm out the money and had to buy groceries elsewhere. Second, they've started charging a picking and packing fee but got rid of their bags completely. They removed the bags yet kept charging for the packing service, which makes no sense. That's basically charging customers for nothing and taking advantage of people who depend on home delivery for their groceries. If there are no bags, there shouldn't be a packing charge.

I was considering placing an order with Iceland, but after reading through customer feedback, I've decided to skip it.

I received my delivery within my scheduled window and got a text before it arrived. However, more than half my order was missing. Additionally, several items I received were not what I actually ordered. When I spoke with the driver about it, he mentioned he'd call his manager but then just left. After contacting the call center and being transferred to the store, the associate confirmed what was missing but didn't apologize. He just asked if I wanted a replacement delivery three hours later on the same day, which was really inconvenient for my work schedule.

I had an awful experience with my online purchase. The order went through fine and I got charged right away, but my groceries never showed up in the delivery window I selected. When I finally reached customer support, they disconnected my call. Now they're saying it'll take three to five days to refund me, and they won't just redeliver the items. I don't have the money to buy everything twice in one week, and customer service barely helped or even apologized properly.

The delivery team was absolutely wonderful. I really appreciate how those thoughtful gentlemen helped me load my groceries into my own reusable bags. I'd love to see them switch to paper bags like some other major chains do for their delivery services in the future.

I previously bought the smaller bottle, but purchasing the larger one liter bottle at this price point is much better value. Plus it works for vegan and gluten free diets.

I'm grateful to the customer service person Miranda, the West Ealing location, and driver Ahmed for going above and beyond to make this right. While I've had some ups and downs with Iceland before, this time they really stepped up.

Having limited mobility, I really depend on delivery services. Aside from one driver, the overall experience at Iceland has been outstanding, and honestly I think they outperform the bigger supermarket chains including some of the premium delivery services. It's unfortunate that I can't rate every single delivery.
