This is my main place for ink supplies. The prices are competitive, and while I had one problematic order, the cartridges themselves work great. What really impressed me this time was how quick the delivery was, and the shipping was completely free.

The cartridges look slightly different but work fine. The delivery driver left the package wedged in my door handle when I was closed, which is really bad judgment considering my location is in an industrial area with a lot of theft. I was fortunate it was still there when I got back.

No one ever called back. The next day I got an email saying the items were backordered and would take another 1-2 weeks to ship. I asked for my money back since there was zero communication, no timeline, and I was out almost three hundred dollars with no resolution in sight. The site advertises same-day processing with delivery in just a few days, but that definitely wasn't my experience. Their policies also say orders can be cancelled before they ship, but they refused and claimed they had internal policies preventing it. The cartridges hadn't even shipped yet, but they wanted me to wait five more days for the warehouse to respond. We buy a ton of ink for our business, and after this experience, we're taking our business elsewhere permanently.

I cancelled right then with the rep. Three days later I still had no cancellation confirmation or refund notice. I called back again, got put on hold, left another message. On the next call they finally said the cancellation was in progress. But then on the tenth, the ink showed up anyway. The cartridges are from overseas. Meanwhile, I'd already ordered from another retailer and was now trying to stop that order before I'd have duplicates. I'm done with this company.

They sent me damaged cartridges and then refused to give me my money back. These folks are completely unreliable. I've had much better experiences elsewhere.
