The bank is handling it and I should be fine, but seriously, if you shop here, watch your credit card like a hawk.
Steer clear of this company. I ordered some dies in February 2024 and while they did arrive, the quality was awful. They told me to ship them back to an address in Seattle even though the company is based in China, and I did. Complete silence after that. Now it's November 2024 and I'm still trying to get my money back. They claim they've tried three times to refund but it keeps failing, and they told me to call some company I've never heard of. I can't even locate a phone number for them. I'm incredibly frustrated! They have my items and insist they can't return my payment even though my bank said there are no issues on their side.
