Flight was cancelled just 15 minutes before takeoff. The replacement option wasn't workable either. I'm still waiting for my refund for the first flight after 6 weeks, which breaks both UK and EU regulations, plus I haven't gotten my mandated compensation. I'm getting my lawyer involved to collect what's owed. On my return flight, the pilot pulled up suddenly just before landing. Nobody explained what happened. Totally unacceptable and frustrating experience. I booked a round-trip between two cities. When I checked in at the first airport, they said I needed to buy a brand new ticket to fly. So I paid for a whole separate ticket. Once I got to my destination, they canceled my return flight without letting me know. When I called them, they said they'd have to figure out if I could use my ticket or if I'd have to pay yet again. After already paying twice, being told I might have to pay a third time to get home is absolutely infuriating. I also sent them an email weeks earlier asking about my baggage but got zero response. No follow-up, no solutions, no regard for customers. This airline forces you to repurchase tickets and then cancels your return anyway. It's completely disorganized and unacceptable. Don't use them.

My bag never arrived. I spent 4 days waiting and messaging them repeatedly, and all they said was they couldn't help. My luggage wound up on the tarmac, and I sent them location photos from my tracking gadget showing exactly where it was. They just ignored me. Awful service.

Zero complications whatsoever. I traveled with my wife from London to Rome and then to Athens. I only saw the reviews after I'd already purchased my tickets, so I was somewhat anxious about the choice. Both flights departed exactly on time, our checked luggage arrived without problem, and the check-in staff was quick and polite. Had a wonderful time overall. I noticed some people mentioning older aircraft, but ours were all recent models from 2020 or newer. There was one plane with cream colored seats that did look somewhat worn, although that seems like a poor color choice on their part.

But everything ran like clockwork - both flights were bang on time, our bags showed up right away, and the check-in process was efficient and courteous. All in all, a very positive experience. I saw some complaints about older planes on this site, but when I checked, all of ours were manufactured in 2020 or later. One plane did have cream seats that appeared a bit dingy, but that's more of a color selection mistake.
