Jetpack's offers rotate frequently through affiliate programs; visiting RetailCoupons.com often ensures you catch new deals as soon as they become available.
If you need multiple business services or software tools, Jetpack bundles sometimes offer better value than purchasing individual products with separate discounts.
Before committing to a service, read customer reviews to understand the product's reliability and support quality, so your discounted purchase is actually a good fit for your needs.

Jetpack Reviews
Jetpack is rated 2.2 out of 5 by 17 shoppers, with reviews heavily skewed toward negative ratings. The most common complaint centers on performance degradation, with multiple shoppers reporting that the plugin significantly slowed their websites, contradicting its stated purpose of improving site performance. Additional complaints include aggressive paywall policies that have progressively locked features behind paywalls, inconsistent support experiences with frequent ticket reassignments and unhelpful agents, and fundamental functionality issues that prevented the service from working as intended despite significant spending.
A small number of positive reviews praise Jetpack's support team, citing instances of professional and responsive service. However, positive feedback is outweighed by recurring themes of poor value, performance problems, and frustration with the company's monetization approach. Shoppers express disappointment particularly because many relied on Jetpack for years before perceiving a decline in usability and service quality.
Total waste of my time and money. Spent money on a Jetpack package for my vacation business and ran into all kinds of issues getting it to work. In the end, it still didn't function.
TERRIBLE. I've relied on Jetpack for many years, but it's gradually become unusable since they put practically everything behind a paywall. About the only thing still worthwhile in this app is the mobile posting feature, but honestly I'm betting that gets locked away eventually too. Plus the monetization side doesn't function unless you're paying now, which is messed up since ads are showing on sites that don't have active subscriptions, so what's going on there? It's really disappointing how far this has fallen. Jetpack turned into not just complicated and confusing, but basically a money grab pure and simple. The desperation is obvious.
Slowed down all 20+ websites I've put it on. In my stats, most traffic shows as coming from Jetpack itself. Got rid of it and my sites load so much faster now. A plugin that's supposed to improve performance is actually what kills it. I'm pretty convinced this is intentional to push you toward upgrading.
Amazing support experience thanks to Angelika at Jetpack!! She handled 2 separate problems with speed and professionalism. I'm really happy with both the Jetpack platform itself and their support team - they went above and beyond with fantastic service! Great job Jetpack and Angelika!
Every time I respond to my support ticket, it gets assigned to a different person. I've been trying to get a straightforward answer about Jetpack Social features. The initial rep seemed like they wanted to help, but then it went to someone impatient and condescending, followed by an unhelpful agent. When nobody's taking ownership of a ticket from start to finish, there's zero incentive for anyone to actually solve your problem.
Truly terrible experience start to finish. The first time I tried it seemed okay, but then I wasted hours trying to get everything set up and nothing would cooperate. The customer chat support was useless and gave me no real assistance. Don't bother wasting your time and money here. Go find a better alternative.
Got an email from them today claiming my website met their requirements for a paid upgrade due to its commercial nature and current traffic levels. I immediately removed the plugin and got a different version. Good luck to them.
Bought the newsletter feature subscription and was told I'd need to purchase a commercial license too, so I did that as well. The newsletter tool has never actually functioned properly. Getting help from their support team is nearly impossible, and when I finally connected with someone, they insisted it was working fine, yet my clients and I who signed up never got a single newsletter. After I pointed out the issue, they just stopped communicating entirely. I'm out money for something that doesn't work, they refuse to give it back, and now I'm fighting it out with my card company. Terrible support and a broken product.
Started using Jetpack back in 2011 when I built my site. Now they've made it impossible to view my basic statistics unless I fork over an unreasonable monthly fee. This shift hurts millions of people who got free access to their stats for over a decade and shouldn't have to pay an arm and a leg just to see what they've always been able to see. That shouldn't be a crazy ask. Wanting to charge $300 AUD yearly for stats data is absolutely ridiculous, and the other modules are priced just as badly. They want nearly $13 every single month just for a search function. When you add up everything, the full package runs close to $900 AUD a year, practically matching the cost of an entire Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. I can't fathom how anyone at Automattic thinks this pricing makes sense. The current Jetpack costs are completely out of touch, and I just can't suggest it to people anymore.
Stay away from this company! Even though I don't run a website, Jetpack still charged my credit card. When I went to their site to find contact info, the contact page doesn't list any email address. I'm not critiquing the plugin itself, but their business practices are terrible. If you enter your payment info and decide to stop using them, they'll keep charging you without stopping. With an annual subscription, that could be $127 down the drain. Right now my only option seems to be calling my bank to cancel the card and get a new one issued.
Their customer support is essentially worthless. My primary self hosted domain disappeared from my WordPress profile without explanation, though my subdomains stayed connected. I reached out to Jetpack asking why this happened and requesting they restore my main domain, but they won't help me at all.
Jetpack CRM stays my favorite CRM solution for WordPress sites. It's convenient to use within the admin panel and includes almost all the functionality I'm looking for.
Jetpack CRM is still my top choice for a WordPress-based CRM solution. It integrates smoothly right into the dashboard and gives me basically everything I need, with just a couple of minor exceptions.
Simple way to boost your site speed. Jetpack has always been reliable and straightforward to use. Their latest release, Jetpack Boost, is fantastic though. You get a straightforward control panel with basic toggles. Just 5 minutes of setup and you've got a faster loading site. This really matters for SEO rankings too since search engines pay attention to performance. Really digging it!
Straightforward tool to make your website run faster. I've always been impressed with Jetpack because it's user friendly and dependable. What really got me excited though is their new Jetpack Boost plugin. The dashboard is clean with just a few simple controls. You can have your site optimized in about 5 minutes. Plus faster loading helps your search rankings since Google factors in page speed. Really satisfied with it!
