Had a rough experience with staff at the location in Troy, Ohio. After she put down my sandwich, I had to ask if it was mine and she wouldn't even make eye contact. There's also a staff member who brings her kid in and is constantly rude. I won't come back unless they get better attitudes.

I spent 4 and a half years working under the general manager at one location, originally planning to stay just a month after retiring to beat the boredom. Never met someone more dedicated and hardworking who was loved not only by staff but by everyone who knew her. After about 3 years, a new franchise owner started what seemed like a deliberate campaign to undermine her, pushing policies that hurt business. It became clear he wanted her gone to bring in someone new. She'd been there over 15 years under different owners, running that location successfully and even helping other stores with supply issues. The sad ending is he wrote her up twice in 3 weeks for fake performance problems, then fired her the following week. This owner uses bullying tactics to upend people's careers and needs to face consequences for his unethical management.

The atmosphere and team here are fantastic. They're genuinely nice, relatable, and make you feel like a valued customer. I'm definitely coming back and recommending you to everyone I know. Keep crushing it, team! Traveling from the Midwest to the South and loving it.

I used to order from the location in Scottsbluff at least every couple weeks because I love their sandwiches, but the service has gotten so bad I stopped getting delivery from there. One time it took two hours for my sandwich to arrive even though they marked it delivered after 45 minutes. I had to call three times just to get through. Their solution was to remake the sandwich, but that doesn't fix the problem. We even tried ordering through another app to improve delivery, but Jimmy John's staff still brought the order and it just cost more for the same terrible service.

The food quality here is consistently solid and fresh. It's one of my favorite spots. The staff always seems well trained and genuinely engaged with what they're doing. The only minor thing I'd mention is they could clear tables a little faster between customers, but honestly it's not a big problem since we always come back anyway.

My sandwich took 40 minutes to be delivered and I asked the driver to leave it at the door with instructions not to knock. He knocked super loudly multiple times and woke people in my house who are sick and need their rest. They didn't cut the bread like I requested and were missing ingredients I ordered. This isn't the first time they've messed up several things on my order. The whole freaky fast thing was true years ago but not anymore. It's sad because this was my favorite sandwich place, but I can't deal with their service and delivery problems anymore. This was the location in the Orlando area on Colonial Drive.

My number 5 sandwich tasted like it came straight from a vending machine with cheap bread and skimpy ingredients. It had the quality of a gas station sandwich. I won't be ordering from that location again.

I ordered online at 12:52 and by 1:52 still had nothing, even though my office is less than a mile away from the location. When I called, they said they'd refund me and send the food anyway. Two hours later, still no sandwich. Their delivery system is seriously broken. I would've given them negative stars if the system allowed it.

I hate to write this because we've enjoyed Jimmy John's at other locations, but we weren't impressed. The staff wasn't friendly at all. The meat portions were really skimpy, and the small amount of veggies didn't make up for it. It was disappointing because I know they're capable of doing way better than this.

I showed it to the person at the counter, and instead of helping, he got defensive saying they cut meat fresh daily, then just walked away. I left the sandwich there and we finished up. I'm done with them and you should be too.

The pickle situation has been totally solved. Jimmy John's came up with this amazing new pickle chip idea that lets you get all that pickle goodness without the juice mess. The service was top notch too!
