This company is running a scam and isn't deleting your information. We got a shared family account and my son who lives elsewhere was included. After waiting six weeks for their promised action to take effect, we checked in. To our shock, our data was still visible on more than half of the sites marked as completed. We went through every single one of the 85 entries in their report and only 2 actually showed our information deleted (and I'm pretty certain I was the one who did that years back). Plus 12 of the websites in their report weren't real. I reached out to one data site directly to remove my decades old information and they handled it in a matter of hours, which then wiped it from their partner sites too. That's when it hit me these folks are complete fraudsters. I reached out to them with proof, detailed what was wrong with each site, told them I got better results alone in hours, questioned if they sell customer information, and asked for answers. All they sent back was a generic brush off.
This appears to be a fraudulent operation that doesn't actually remove any information. My son and I got a family plan membership, and after about six weeks we checked the results. We found our information still showing up on roughly half the sites they claimed were cleaned. Going through all 85 links in the report, we discovered only 2 actually had our data removed (pretty sure I deleted those myself years ago). Additionally, 12 of their links were fake or no longer existed. I contacted a data broker directly about my information spanning back 30 years and got it removed within hours, plus it cascaded to their related sites. That's when I realized these people aren't legitimate. I emailed the company with screenshots and specifics about every problem, mentioned how I got my own data removed in hours, questioned whether they're harvesting customer data to sell, and demanded clarification. Their response was dismissive and unhelpful.
