Ordered a sofa from Kardiel. Their website and internet ads say free shipping with a 10-14 week delivery window. When I bought it, an $87 shipping charge popped up. Customer service told me the free shipping promotion had ended, but they're still advertising it everywhere. That feels misleading. Then hours later, an email said my order would take 20-24 weeks instead of 10-14. Yet the website still shows 10-14 weeks. This company seems dishonest to me. I've got thousands sitting with them for months while I wait. Really disappointing. Update: They did refund the shipping charge, so that helped. Bumping it to 3 stars now. Will go to 5 if the sofa shows up in the original timeframe they advertised.

I own several authentic mid-century pieces and some knockoffs too. A lot of the replicas feel cheap and honestly weren't worth the discount. But the womb chair I got from Kardiel is basically impossible to tell apart from the real thing, especially since I own an original.

These are really well made reproductions with all the authentic details. Cheaper options exist, but they all cut corners with materials or construction. The Kardiel pieces are worth it.

From ordering to asking for a shipping delay to actual delivery and installation, everything was perfect. We got it set up in late summer and I wanted to actually use it for a couple months before writing a review. The tub is so comfortable, keeps the heat in really well, and cleans up easy. The faucet has solid water pressure and works smoothly. I absolutely love this tub and would grab another one without hesitation.
