After placing your order, please allow 1 to 4 days for processing before shipment. Standard Ground shipping typically delivers within 3 to 6 business days after processing.
While Kiehl's does its best to ship quickly, note that delivery dates are guidance only and are not guaranteed.
They ship to all U.S. addresses, including APO/FPO and P.O. boxes (which are sent via Smartpost Standard), but do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
What Is Kiehl's Return Policy?
Kiehl’s wants you to feel good about your purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, they accept returns of any Kiehl’s product bought on their US website.
To start, click the return link to generate a pre-paid label. Pack the item in its original box if possible and include the packing slip.
Once your return is received, Kiehl’s takes 1–2 business days to process it, and 3–5 days for the credit to show up in your original payment method. A small $8 processing fee applies for mail returns.
Some items can’t be returned, like final sale products, engraved items, promotional gifts, and e-gift cards. And if you bought through an unauthorized retailer, Kiehl’s may not honor their money-back guarantee.
