When I got a 20% off coupon for prestige brands, I wanted to try a specific product line that wasn't in stock locally. The associate spent about fifteen minutes helping me navigate the app, set up my account, and complete my purchase - all while being incredibly patient and kind. She also shared useful information about the products. At my age, I'm not always tech-savvy, but she never made me feel rushed or frustrated. She has such a positive attitude and really made my day. I'll absolutely make the trip back to shop there because of her excellent service. I'd also love to see a wider selection of products available in your local stores since there's so much demand for them in our area.

First time walking into this location and I'm so glad I did. The staff member who helped me was fantastic - she works in the fragrance section and really knows her stuff. She took the time to explain how to layer different scents together and answered all my questions with such expertise. I'm definitely coming back to stock up on my perfume collection. I absolutely enjoy coming here to find my go-to products. It's become my favorite part of the week - walking through and seeing what new items are on display and getting to sample things before buying. Such a great way to discover products I actually want.

Went into the store at the Buford location to check out makeup options for a trip I have coming up. There was an associate there named Paige who went absolutely above and beyond for me. She was so helpful and attentive. My husband is actually happy with what I got - and trust me, compliments from him are rare! I'll definitely be asking for her next time I go in.

I got my hair done at the salon and the experience was fantastic. My stylist was so sweet and attentive, really listening to what I wanted to achieve. She did an excellent job with my cut. I walked out feeling great about the results. Thank you for such good work!
