Got boots from here and they didn't fit right. I walked around in them inside and got terrible blisters, bad enough that I can never wear them again. When I asked for my money back or store credit, they turned me down just because there was some dirt on the shoe. Since they don't make that boot anymore, I couldn't even size up. These people are awful. Now I'm stuck with a 160 dollar shoe I can't use. Don't shop there. Canadian customers especially should stay away.

I'm puzzled why so many people leave negative comments about this company because my experience has been nothing but positive. I'm writing from overseas, and back in late November I bought some boots for over 200 dollars using a payment plan. The site said they'd arrive by mid-December, but they showed up early in the second week of December, which is impressive given I'm on a different continent and the package had to travel through multiple stops and customs. The boots looked beautiful and matched the description perfectly. My own mistake was sizing incorrectly, I wasn't paying attention to the size conversion chart and ordered the wrong size. I requested a return through the website and got a return label in my email a few days later. The shoes are on their way back. Everything went smoothly, and if I'd been more careful with the sizing, I'd be enjoying my new boots right now.

I haven't experienced customer service this bad in years. Their website is super confusing too, when you place an order it promises next-day delivery, but their actual policy says one to two business days. And honestly, the shoes themselves aren't worth what they cost. Put your money somewhere else.

Since their policy forces you to accept an e-gift card, and I don't want to risk being fooled again, I'm out.

A few years back Naturalizer had fantastic shoes. I'm pretty sure they got sold to somebody else. Today their selection looks identical to every other shoe brand out there, and they're nowhere near as comfortable anymore. Really disappointing.

Naturalizer made excellent shoes a few years back. Then I think they sold the company. The stuff they sell now looks like every other generic brand, and they're not comfortable like they used to be. What a letdown.
