As someone who occasionally buys their products, I have to say I was really let down by the granola bag with oats, honey, and coconut. While their other snacks have been tasty, this one had almost no flavor. I'm a granola fan, and the date said May, so it wasn't old. It was crunchy, sure, but incredibly bland. We don't get to shops often out here, so we can't try new items frequently. Thanks for usually making good snacks, but this missed the mark. Also, your feedback section was hard to locate.

Picked up two boxes of the 3-pack bars the other day. The caramel chocolate peanut and chocolate chip cashew were advertised at a great price. But when I opened the first bar, I was shocked. The packaging shows the bar one size, but what's actually inside is noticeably smaller. The photos show 9cm by 3cm, but the real bars are only 7cm by 3cm. The second box had the same issue. I even checked an older box from a month back, and that one went from 9cm down to 8cm. At this rate, the slogan should change from their current one to something more truthful. I'm thinking about just making my own bars from now on.

Been a loyal customer of their regular bars for years, eating them before and after workouts and on job sites. Now I can't find them anywhere. The products have gotten smaller while prices stayed the same. They discontinued the vanilla blueberry flavor too, which is disappointing. The family value packs are gone as well. This is really frustrating. I'm switching to a different brand like Cliff Bars or RxBars instead. Goodbye Kind Snacks.

I did everything correctly to get this company to help my wife after a foreign object in their product broke her molars. Unfortunately, they refused to take any responsibility. I've been a loyal buyer for years, but that's over now. They showed zero accountability.

This brand isn't straightforward about what's really in their products. I grabbed their cashew and chocolate chip bar thinking cashews were the main ingredient. When I opened it, most of it was filled with peanuts and some almonds, with barely any cashews visible. The chocolate chips were just a light sprinkle on top. I'm questioning whether I'll purchase from them again.
