About KKday
KKday is a travel experiences and activities booking platform where shoppers can find tours, attractions, and local experiences around the world. Travelers use RetailCoupons.com to find promo codes and deals that reduce the cost of bookings, from city tours to adventure activities and cultural excursions.
How to Use a KKday Promo Code
- Browse KKday.com and select the tour, activity, or experience you want to book.
- Add your chosen experience to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Look for a promo code or discount code field during the payment process, typically labeled as 'Coupon Code' or 'Promo Code'.
- Enter the code from RetailCoupons.com and apply it to see the discount reflected in your total.
- Complete your booking with the reduced price and confirmation details sent to your email.
Promo Code Not Working? Try This
- Verify the code has not expired by checking the offer details on RetailCoupons.com before applying it.
- Ensure the code applies to your specific tour, destination, or experience type, as many codes have eligibility restrictions.
- Check that you have met any minimum purchase requirements listed with the offer.
- Clear your browser cookies and try again, as cached data can sometimes prevent code entry fields from working properly.
- Confirm you entered the code exactly as shown, including all uppercase or lowercase letters and numbers.
- Contact KKday customer support if the code still does not apply, and provide them with the exact code and error message you received.
KKday Savings Hacks
Group tours and activities sometimes qualify for larger discounts than individual bookings. Check if your experience offers group rates before booking and look for group-specific promo codes on RetailCoupons.com.
Travel deals often rotate by season and destination. Monitor RetailCoupons.com regularly to catch promotional codes for off-peak travel periods when discounts tend to be deeper.
Book experiences that offer free cancellation or flexible rescheduling, then apply a promo code to maximize your savings while maintaining booking flexibility.
Multi-experience and multi-day packages often have better per-activity pricing than single bookings. Search for package deals on KKday and apply available promo codes for additional savings.
KKday Shipping Policy
KKday is an experience and activity booking platform, so traditional shipping does not apply. Your booking confirmation, vouchers, and experience details will be delivered via email and made available through your KKday account. Delivery of physical vouchers or tickets, if applicable, depends on the specific experience and destination.
KKday Returns & Refund Policy
Return and cancellation policies vary by experience and tour operator on KKday. Review the cancellation terms for your specific booking before completing your purchase, as some experiences offer free cancellation within a certain timeframe while others may have stricter policies. Contact KKday support for help with cancellation requests.

KKday Reviews
KKday shoppers praise the platform's competitive pricing, wide selection of tours and activities across Asia and beyond, straightforward booking process, and responsive customer service. Multiple reviewers highlight fair rates compared to competitors, fast support responses, and successful trips to destinations like Taiwan, Japan, and Spain. However, some customers report serious issues including undelivered products (eSIM), refunds delayed for months after being charged for unavailable services, and last-minute cancellations of confirmed bookings without adequate notice or resolution.
The stark contrast in experiences suggests inconsistency in fulfillment and customer service responsiveness. While many travelers report smooth transactions and excellent value, those encountering problems express frustration with payment processing, inventory management, and follow-up support. Refund disputes and booking cancellations appear to be the most damaging complaints, leaving some customers without compensation or alternative solutions despite having paid in advance.
Honestly, I'd give zero stars if I could. I tried booking a transportation package for a day trip and they never mentioned that seats were completely full before I paid. They charged me and I still haven't gotten my refund even though it's been months. Steer clear of this site.
Used this service for trips to Taiwan and Japan plus renting pocket wifi there too. The rates are very fair and the overall experience was excellent. Everything costs less than expected and the booking process is clean and simple. Customer service responses are super speedy when I reach out! My most recent tour in the Fukuoka region was incredible, with an amazing guide and some seriously tasty beef served at lunch. Absolutely loved it!
I've booked tours in Taiwan and Japan through here, plus grabbed pocket wifi for Taiwan as well. Everything was reasonably priced and worked out great overall. The prices are really competitive and the whole thing is smooth from start to finish. Whenever I need help, the support team gets back to me quickly. My latest booking was a day tour in the Fukuoka area and everything about it was wonderful, from the guide to the amazing beef lunch provided. Seriously couldn't ask for better!
Complete ripoff. Purchased an eSIM that was supposed to be delivered but never showed up.
They confirmed my booking for a major garden attraction in Spain and took my payment without any issues. However, the very next day they cancelled everything citing that the tickets were no longer available. This caused me to miss out on visiting a location I had planned to see. I cannot recommend trusting this company. In my opinion, this is dishonest business practice.
Great experience booking my trip here. When I shopped around at other travel sites, this platform offered significantly more activities and tours to pick from. The whole process was seamless and I got exactly what I wanted. Perfect experience!
Had a wonderful experience with my trip booked through this site. I looked at several other travel platforms and this one had way more options to choose from for what I needed. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Definitely deserves 5 stars!
FRAUDULENT! DISHONEST! MISLEADING OFFERS! I bought into their two-for-one Kansai package deal. Once I paid, I received only one voucher. When I called customer service, they said the deal wasn't running anymore and blamed it on a technical mistake. I have the email confirmation showing I paid for both vouchers, but they refuse to honor what I purchased.
They're simply the best. Every time I book, I get unbeatable prices and the service is always top notch.
Working with this company has been nothing but great. The process is straightforward and there's zero fuss involved. Everything is explained clearly.
This platform is super user friendly and intuitive. I've made several bookings now and keep coming back. They have tons of different products to pick from and always respond quickly when I reach out with questions.
Really straightforward to navigate, extremely convenient, and totally dependable.
Our snorkeling instructors were incredibly skilled and professional. They really impressed me with their expertise. The experience in Pattaya was absolutely fantastic with so much beautiful coral and adorable fish all around. They were generous with taking photos throughout the day, which I plan to share on social media!
This platform has been fantastic for organizing my travels! You get discounted tour packages and activities without having to do all the legwork yourself. The vaccine info deals are a nice touch too. Would definitely suggest it to other travelers.
