I bought my original Klipsch Fortes back in 1987 and they still sound amazing today. For the most part, everything I've gotten from Klipsch has been excellent for me and my friends too. The real issue started when they moved beyond just making speakers and started adding all kinds of electronics with different connections. That's when they shifted manufacturing to China for the electronic parts, and well, that pretty much tells you what you need to know. Plus now you can find their stuff all over the place including Amazon, which changes things. Getting customer service is also a hassle these days. That said, when it comes to actual speakers, Klipsch still makes some of the best out there. They have that forward, detailed sound with excellent imaging. Their Legacy speakers especially are hard to beat. My advice? Buy directly from their website rather than through discount retailers online.
Really disappointed in these T5 earbuds. The audio just doesn't cut it, the low end is basically nonexistent, and I messed around with the EQ settings in the app but nothing helped. Overall sound quality is honestly pretty poor. I have some cheap JBL buds that absolutely blow these away, and they don't cost nearly as much. How does a company with Klipsch's reputation and history in quality audio end up making something this mediocre?
The headband on my pricey Klipsch headphones snapped because the materials are extremely cheap. I called their customer support to see if they'd fix or replace them, but they flat out refused since I didn't have my receipt. This company is shady and I'm never buying Klipsch again.
Warranty support has been a nightmare. My SPL-150 subwoofer amp quit back in November of 2023 while I'm here in Canada. Support initially said it was covered and would get a replacement amp to me in about two and a half weeks. After waiting a month with zero updates, I reached out again and suddenly the part is backordered and won't arrive until sometime in the spring of 2024. I'm concerned that when I follow up in a couple months I'll just get the runaround again. I've also tried contacting klipsch.com directly and they told me there's nothing they can do since this is a Canadian warranty issue.
I was really excited to get my new Klipsch speakers. But when the box arrived, I only got one out of the three speakers I ordered and paid full price for, and that one was broken. Not worth the money. I've been a Klipsch fan for years, but when I relocated, I picked up a pair of Sixes along with a Cinema 1200 soundbar. Dropped $2000 on that soundbar, and I'm seeing it sell for under $800 now. Given all the headaches I've dealt with, it's still overpriced. Even after doing a firmware update, the problems persisted. The Sixes have been just as troublesome. Sound quality is actually really good on both products, which makes it even more frustrating. But here's the thing: the Sixes keep powering down after about 20 minutes when I'm using Bluetooth. The soundbar randomly won't turn on unless I unplug it completely and plug it back in. I love Klipsch as a brand, but I honestly can't recommend either of these items.

Don't buy Klipsch. Their speakers don't work and tech support won't help you. I'm on my second set of the Fives powered speakers and both have been disasters. The first set worked sometimes and when it did the sound was great, but it was fine for a couple days then would cut out two or three times in one night. Klipsch did replace them under warranty, but the new set didn't work at all right out of the box. Tech support never responds. I've wasted so many hours on both sets trying software updates from USB, factory resets, all of it. Klipsch is junk. Stay away.
Can't really review the product since it never made it to me. I ordered some TWS earbuds because my wife's got destroyed in the wash and we had a two week trip coming up the following week. The site promised delivery in three to five days. After six days nothing had shipped, so I asked to cancel. They claimed they'd recall the order from the shipper, though I'm not sure how that works since the carrier hadn't even picked it up yet. Another week went by and then it finally shipped, only for the carrier to reject it when it got to the distribution center. Now it's been almost a month and I still haven't gotten my money back, even though they keep saying it'll happen within the next three to five days. The whole thing felt sketchy from start to finish. Can't imagine how upset I'd be if I'd spent several thousand on speakers instead of just $100 on these earbuds. Never dealing with them again.
Really happy with this soundbar! I picked up the RSB3 but needed some guidance getting it going. The Klipsch tech guy I spoke with was really patient working through the setup with me, and within ten minutes everything was installed and synced up to my television remote. The audio quality is excellent!

Complete nightmare with customer service. I purchased a pair of F-300 floor speakers three months ago and one of the woofers inside the speaker blew out. I opened a support ticket on their website a month ago, then I called their support line repeatedly every other day for weeks. Nobody ever addressed my ticket and nobody ever picked up the phone. Is their warranty even real? I'm stuck with broken speakers that cost me almost $800 and I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with them.
Absolutely terrible customer service from Klipsch. I bought the R-51PM speakers for $400 and they emit annoying static. I dialed their support number and waited on hold for over an hour, just to hear a recording saying nobody's available and to try later. I called a different number at 1:30 PM and got another recording saying they're only open from 9 to 5, so call back when they're staffed. Tried their website chat, and they ask for your email, the model number, and a description of the issue. But when you try to describe your problem in the required field, you get limited choices that just link you to generic help pages. You literally can't get past that screen to submit anything. It's clear Klipsch wants your money but couldn't care less about actually helping you after the sale. I'm sending this back to Amazon and getting JBL or something else. I used to think of Klipsch as premium quality, but man, was I wrong. They should be embarrassed with how they treat customers.
Terrible support experience. Their customer service team didn't respond to any of my emails.
