Purchased the ANC 2 headphones for around one hundred eighty dollars and added warranty coverage plus expedited shipping which was an extra twenty to thirty. Total came to about two hundred eighteen dollars. Got a notice saying my order shipped and was done but when I checked tracking it showed delivery was never attempted. Reached out via multiple messages, emails and even called multiple times. Got completely different explanations each time I contacted them. They refused to process my refund and kept pushing back the timeline for when I'd get my money back. This was the worst buying experience I've ever had from any retailer. I felt disrespected as a customer and the whole situation has worn me out. Would advise going through Amazon or Best Buy instead if you want better support. Planning to dispute it through my card issuer if they don't refund me. Update: I followed their instructions and still nothing.

So at this point I'm basically a Skullcandy collector, and right now I'm going for the more budget friendly options to save up for their premium gear. I keep them in rotation less because the whole design is just incredible to look at.
